This Privacy Policy explains how zuffik.eu, s.r.o. ("Fytness", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Fytness mobile application, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable laws.

Fytness does not store full IP addresses for tracking purposes.

The Fytness web application uses essential cookies only, required for authentication and secure session management.

We do not use advertising cookies.

7.1 Hosting & Infrastructure

Compute and databases are hosted with Hetzner (EU)
Object storage is provided by Amazon Web Services (S3)

7.2 Security Measures

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:

Encrypted connections (TLS)
Access control and least-privilege access
Regular monitoring and logging

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

Personal data may be shared only with:

Infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the Service
Analytics and monitoring providers listed above
Authorities where required by law

All third-party processors act under contractual obligations and data protection safeguards.

9. Payments

Fytness does not currently process payments.

In the future, payments may be handled by:

Stripe
Apple App Store
Google Play Store

Fytness will not store credit card or payment details. Payment data will be processed exclusively by the respective payment providers under their own privacy policies.

10. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as your account is active.
Upon account deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymized without undue delay, unless retention is required by law.
